2001 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 103000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
When I run a errand, then come back, my car will start, but will not stay running. I seems like it is not getting enough gas.

Sometimes it takes up to 2 hours before starting, and other times I have no trouble.

The first time it happened, last Friday, I ran an errand and was only in the place about 20 min. When I came out, it would not start. I was there for about 1.5 hours, then I tried and it started, so I drove it home.
When I got there, it would not start, but when I came home from work later that evening it did.
My son took it later on that night, and it did the same thing.
Then it ran for a day. I decided not to drive to work, for fear of it breaking down. After a while it will not start. But when I go out in the morning, it will.

only thing you can do is wait for it to not start and then check if your getting spark on all cylinders or if your getting fuel at the rail.

The fuel rail sorry, it is what the fuel goes to then goes to the injectors, it has a port on it called a schoroeder valve, it is used to measure fuel pressure.
