2000 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car is overheating at any speed. After a thermostat andnew radiator and belts ,and radiator cap and 1000.00 $ .it's runing hot .

1. Are the radiator and condenser fans working?
2. Are there any coolant losses?
3. Did you check/test the water pump?
