Engine Performance problem

Please Help. I own a Galant, 1995. well, i tuned it over and no fire. we replaces the starter, the distributer, removed the coil from the distributer, replaced the spark plugs and plug wires. I also replaced some fuses. It still will not fire. I smell gas on the spark plugs so its not the fuel pump, right?I am stuck.
