Air conditioner drain plug

The drain plug is clogged yet again on the vehicle, causing my floor boards to fill with water. I've heard that a simple coat hanger and the right information about the placement of the drain plug can save me another $700.00 repair bill.

Help!

I am having the same issue. Any help in locating the drain hole would be greatly appreciated.

There are YouTube videos that show the placement, but look up TSB 09 55 002, which I found more helpful. I'll give a link, but in case it becomes invalid you'll at least know what to search. You can attempt to unclog the drain from underneath your Endeavor, but as you found the clog will just come back. If you follow the TSB recommendations you can at least unclog it relatively easily from inside your vehicle. (The actual fix is creating a new drain hole altogether, and blocking the old drain to prevent future leaks from there.)

Or, you can attempt to remember to unclog your current drain every few weeks. And when you don't you'll have a leak.
