Suspension problem
1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 121XXX miles

so i have a 99' mitsubishi eclipse GSX

the problem i am having is i had the transmission replaced (brand new) got control arms put in as well.
but the mechanics noticed i had rubbing on my inner right tire.
they looked at my strut tower (housing) i believe where the strut slides up and bolts in. well ok, when u look inside my engine bay and you locate the struts tower housing left and right side, the right one looks like it had (fiberglassed repair or like rewelded) i dont see any cutting inside the engine bay, but i may think it had been in an accident.
and my alignment keeps getting out of line making my steering pull i believe to the right. and i dont know how they will fix this problem since it may be like part of the chassi itself, can you please give me advice or a possible solution of how they may fix this, if it is with cutting and rewelding or whatever. im in dire need of help.
(this is not my pic found on google just for refference)

Hi there,

You will have to get a panel shop to do a body drop test and check the alignment of the tower, they will also be able to advise you on what repair has been done if any.
