I have a 98 eclipse rs with 2.0l non turbo the car overheated about a month ago and hasn't ran since, i performed a compression check and got 90 psi on all 4 cylinders, I have fuel at the fuel rail and the fuel pump primes, i also have spark and replaced the coil pack just incase, my timing marks are dead on and the tensioner is good. the car also will not fire with starting fluid either. I am completely stumped at this point i have even gone as far as swapping the ECU with a spare, the car just turns over and over and everyonce in a while with the starting fluid will get a pop, i have pulled the plugs with the wire attached and they do spark, but when i put them back in and pull them back out they are saturated in fuel. any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

When an engine with aluminum heads like yours over heats it is a99% likelyhood it warped the head and took out the gasket. If you have 90 lbs even in each cylinder there is your answer you need 140+ the low even reading indicates gasket failure.
Hope this helps
