Engine Performance problem
1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My eclipse has plenty of problems. When I start to take off in first gear, I have to ride the clutch a little bit because if I let off the clutch to early it has like no power and it will spit sputter and hesitate. I don't really know how to explain this but, when im going 30mph and just cruising, I have to be touchy on the gas because to much will make it sputter and I have to let off just a lil bit and then I can feel it catch and go normaly. It also makes a popping noise when it hesitates coming out of first gear. I have checked my coil pack and wires and plugs, seems to look ok. And when its idleing it sputters and sounds like it going to die.
any suggestions on what to do or what it could be?
And if nothing on here works im selling the piece.

If the clutch is not slipping, Inspect and test all the following listed below:

Oxygen sensor
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)
Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Cap and rotor

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.

What if my EGR valve doesn't move? Like at idle or 2,500 rpm's. I made it move with my finger and it almost made my car die.
