Misfire number five cylinder

Downshifting on up hill grade engine sputters. Code reader said misfire on number five cylinder. I changed plugs, wires and coil pack. No help.

The car has electric steering so if the battery was low or the alternator was trying to keep up with the battery and steering could that cut spark to the cylinder? I am not real familiar with load elec. Steering requires.

Check compression in that cylinder and check for vacuum leaks as well, if you have electrical problems as well, these should be fixed as modern cars rely on stable current and battery voltages, low voltage can cause ECU's and other modules to act up.
