Misfire

Car misfires, checked the plugs and coil plugs. What else can it be? Misfires on cylinder one according to diagnostics. Also did compression test (fine).

Check for vacuum leak around that cylinder. Also, another trick is to swap the injector, plug and coil to a good cylinder to see if the misfire follows these items. If the injector is suspected get them all flow tested.
