Hi,
my track rod end and arm needs replacing I have been quoted £170 for the part new. But £18 for a used part- I don't know what to do whether it is ok to use a used part or is it best to get it new. That quote is the only new one I can find.
Thanks

Hi there,

Second hand parts can save you a great deal of money, but I always use new when it come to steering components, as you don't know if they have been over stressed in a previous accident, new costs, but what price safety?
