Engine Performance problem
1998 Mercury Tracer Two Wheel Drive Automatic 93000 miles

My 1998 Mercury Tracer with 93000 miles on it, I was driving my car and It just died, we thought it ran out of gas but after we put gas in the car it would not start, it tries to start but it acts like it doesnt get any fuel pressure but it gives fuel, All of my mechanics are stumped. The car gives spark and gives fuel. please help me

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs.

Hey mine did the same thing what is it.I can smell the gas on the plugs. I get spark to. I was thinking maybe it jumped time,
