Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Mercury Tracer 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

Car wont start... Seems as if the starter is drawing too much power from the battery... but will start with no problems when jumper cables are hooked up... but after the are taken off... the car will run for 10 mins before it just dies... i put in a new battery and new altenator... im stumped... any help would be greatly appreciated...
