My Car is idling at 1000 rpm or less when a stop --- when ever i come to a stop it would stall --- what would the cause of this be???

Hi there,
The idle speed is controlled by the ECU, there is no adjustment, if there is an idle problem check the throttle plate is clean, check for vacuum leaks and have the idle control motor check, start here.
