A few months ago I had a transmission put in. Ever since then the car runs weird. When it's started for the first time in the day it idles really high. After it's been driven for awhile and I happen to be sitting at a light or a long time and the engine idles too low, it shuts off. But it will start right back up. And also the check engine light is on as well.
