1993 Mercury Tracer EGR VALVE
Where is the EGR valve located in this model engine?
I am having trouble getting the passing gear to engage automatically .I am trying to improve the engine and transmission performance .Also where is the modulation valve and the vacuum line circuits.Thanks in advance for the help.

the EGR valve is located on the intake manifold, look for the part online, but i hve a feelin that may not be your problem.
when you step down on the gas the engine doesnt rev up like you would like and drop down into passing gear?
sounds like you need your TV cable to be adjusted, id take it in for that.
