Pwr windows, pwr sun roof, interior lights are not working. I recently jumped another battery from this car, could this have caused the problem? What do I need to do to fix this problem?

1999 mercury sable station wagon with power skylight
I used this car's battery to jump start another car. The cable were hooked up battery to battery. The power windows, skylight, map and interior lights do not work. The 10 amp fuse on the battery saver circuit blew and I replaced it. This new fuse blew immediately!
