My 2005 sable since I bought it, has a constent front end noise [ wosh- wosh ] and is variable with speed. Thought it was a front wheel berring. Both front tires are cupped on the inside and make constant road noise. I changed both front wheel berrings, tie rod ends, both ball joints. And had a wheel allignment done. Still making the same noise and tires are still cupped. Can't figure this out. This with constant electrical problems han me going nuts. Ready to give up.

Has anyone checked the output bearings where the axles go into the transaxle? Also, if the tires are cupping only on the inside, chances are the "Tow in/out" needs adjusted. You may want to have the alignment rechecked.

Also, the tires being cupped will make a noise. Did it make the noise prior to them cupping?

One last thing I need you to check. Behind the brake rotor is a backing plate. Many times they rust or get bent and rub against the rotor. They can make a sound like a bad bearing. Check that.

Let me know what you find.
