2001 Mercury Sable Car won't start repairs from accident

The car hit a deer straight in the front end. Repairs were made to hood bumper cover radiator supports, and fuse box and now the car will not start all even by bypassing the starter. In reading the owner manual it gave the things to do to reset security system. That did not work either. When you turn the key the dash lights go out and the theft light blinks. It acts like the nutural switch but it isn't. Any help you could give me would greatly be appreciated.
