Ok so I had to replace my power steering pump and I got that done and when I put the belt on it was way to loose. I then put a tensioner on it and its still too loose. I can fit two fingers between the belt and the pully. Its the same size belt that came off if and the belts on the only way it can be. And upon visual inspection nothing else seems outa wack. Im outa ideas, yal got any?

The only way it could happen is if the pump came with the wrong size pulley, check it, if it's different, rent the PS pump pulley tool at the parts store, this way you may be able to change it on the car. Other than that you are routing the serp belt wrong, post your engine size and I can look it up. Single or dual cam?
