1998 Mercury Mystique 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i put my car on ramps to change a speedometer wire when i rolled my car back off the ramps the fuel pump didn't come on so i changed my fuel pump and it still doesn't work can u please give me a solution for this i really need my car running

check fuses and fuel pump relay first to ensure pump is getting power

i did all the fuses and the relays aree good

check the inertia fuel shut-off switch , it's behind the left kick panel

i did and it wasn't reset it is down like itss supposed to be

with all of those components ruled out it only leaves the wiring to the pump left, i don't think that would have been bothered during the speedo repair but it may have been..
