Sometimes doesn't turnover to start. Acts like neutral safety switch is out of adjustment like on the older cars. I saw what must be it on this car on side of trans at shift cable. Adjust back and forth still nothing. Not a 2 wire fix. Where do I go from here?

The fuses are fine that you gave me to check. They actually have absolutely nothing to do with the start circuit on this vehicle. Fuse 24 (IP) and fuse 5 PDC apply.
