Mercury Grand Marquis Door Locks

I have a 2000 Mercury Grand Marquis, 26,000 miles, 4.6L V8. When I use either the key fob or the door lock button on the inside of the door to unlock the doors, they unlock and then immediately relock. I have tried to reprogram the locks using the keypad on the outside of the driver's door, but it didn't fix the problem. Help! Thanks very much for any guidance you can provide.

Do these locks automaticaly lock when the car reaches a certain speed? The wiring goes from the d/s switch (master) through the p/s switch, then to the actuators. Get a test light and be sure the switch (p/s) isnt shorted or holing the lock position. Then if ok, unplug actuators one at a time and see if the problem goes away
