2000 Mercury Marquis weeping head gasket

I have 2000 mercury grand marquis with 133117 miles and I have a small oil leak around the cylinder head driver side front. It's doesn't run hot, no white smoke or coolant loss oil level is fine. Also I was told by two auto technicians that there was no problem and that they cannot find any thing wrong. What is the problem

Clean the area with a degreaser, add a small amount of dye to oil and then after a few days have the area checked with a blacklight to pinpoint leak. Could be as simple as a valve cover gasket.
