My engine light stays on. However, my car runs fine. Also, my interior light comes on at odd hours of the day without the doors being open.

Hi there,
you will need to do a scan to read the set fault code indicated by the check light, this will indicate what the problem is, as for the light, normally this can be a faulty door switch.

This needs to be done with an OBD 11 scanner, some spare parts outlets (national ) often do this as a service or every mechanic should be able to do this for you.
