1995 Mercury Marquis V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles
1995 Grand Marquis. Mom was driving, heard a "pop" near where PMC resides. Then stalled. Restarted then a pop under arm rest. Car halted. Will crank, no start. OBD2 will not test (no power), gauges all are maxed out when key turned to accessory, no power to seats, windows, etc also. No smoke or damage physically noted upon inspection. What is relation between obd2, seats, engine no start?
