1988 Mercury Marquis car will turn over but not getting fir

1988 Mercury Marquis V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1988 Mercury Grand Marquis with the FORD 302 5.0L engine and it is not getting fire to the plugs in any way shape or form. I have tried replacing the ignition coil, the plugs, and the ignition relay but I have not gotten anything from it as if I have done nothing for it.

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
