While replacing the brake pads, I inadvertently placed the key in the ON position (beyond accessory) for over an hour to listen to the radio. When I completed the job and tried to start the car, it turns over but fails to start.
Could I have damaged any electrical components with the key in the RUN position while the engine was not running?
The vehicle has always run good prior to this. All fuses are good. All relays in the engine compartment are good. The fuel shut-off reset button is not 'popped up'.
