1999 Mercury Cougar misfire

I am getting three codes from my Mercury Cougar.................P1131, P0304, and P0353. The car definitely has a miss when driving. I can hear a distinct clicking at #4 cylinder. I have not yet seen any arc. Is this an ignition problem or maybe an injector?
