The light that indicates the abs stays on. The brakes still function normally. I am concerned why the light stay on. I am trying to replace the two rear brake sensors, but I am having a difficult time locating them. I would appreciate any help I can get to solve this problem.

Hi
In trunk unplug sensor wires raise and support car. Remove wheel remove wire from retaining clip. Remove sensor bolt remove sensor. System is self-diagnostic have it scanned and that will tell why ABS on.
Hope this helps

Hello and thanks for donating

When the ABS light comes on in the dash it indicates that there is an issue with the system. This could be anything from wiring, faulty sensor to the ABS module itself malfunctioning. The best thing to do is have a ABS enabled scan tool used to pinpoint the culprit, rather than replacing parts until it is fixed. If you do believe it is a sensor than the ABS sensors are found 1 on each front spindle and carrier assembly.
