MY WINDOW WILL NOT COME UP. WHEN I PRESS THE BUTTOM TO PULL THE WINDOW UP, I CAN HEAR IT WORKING IT SEEMS IT IS WORKING, HOWEVER IT MIGHT BE THAT SOMETHING GOT LOOSE, BUT CANNOT TAKE OFF THE PANEL. I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO TAKE OFF THE PANEL ON A 2000 ML 320.

You first must remove the door panel. There should be screws on the side of the door. Second of all dont attempt to raise the window it might do more damage. The window part, the glass sounds like it got off track.
