Engine Temperature

Hi,

Today morning i bought a 2006 Mercedes C230 Sports Sedan and the mileage is 11554. The normal temperature of my car is about 80 - 90 degrees. Is this normal?

I ve another car Toyota Corolla and its always shows 40 to 50 degrees...

Pls advice me

80-90c is about right. The cars now days run around 200f to make the engine burn cleaner for emissions
