2000 Other Mercedes Benz Models Rough idle no power at all

HI

My problem is that the car idles very rough and when I press the gas pedal and the engine almost stall. My OBD code reader shows P0300, P0301, P0303, P0304 only.I have no power to drive. The car will not rev to much. Close to 1500.I installed new fuel filter and cleaned the MAF.
What should I do to avoid expensive dealer repairs?

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel and engine compression

A Random Misfire P0300 code usually indicates a vacuum leak or bad fuel

Give it a major tune-up yourself and see what happens.
