1996 Other Mercedes Benz Models Engine misfire, code sez cyl

I have a model E-320, and havent had it long, but there seems to be many ghosts in the electrics.

Currently I had a check engine light pop on, and it said Electronic error. The engine is misfiring slightly. We put an OBD unit on it and it says Cylinder #6 misfire. Funny part is there are only 3 spark plugs. What gives?
