esp/bas lights came on a couple of days after an emergency stop. Is it ok to drive without the traction and abs? Can not addressing it right away hurt anything

Have the car plugged into a diagnostic computer to discover why the light are on. No damage should occur whilst these lights are on but you will have no tractioncontrol or ABS untill the faults are repaired
