Rear brake pads need to be replaced. Dealership says needs new rotors as well as they are "out of specs".

1. Do I need to replace the pad sensors?
2. Do I need to disable the electronic brake system before proceeding? And if so, can I do it without a computer or special tool?
thanks!
Brian.

Hi there,

Pad sensors should be replaced if they have any wear on them, as for the rotor removal. Here is a guide and the diagrams below to show you how the do the job.

This guide will give you an idea the diagrams below are specific.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
