2002 Mercedes Benz CLK320 CHANGING OIL

How do I change the engine oil in a 2002 Mercedes CLK 320? What weight oil should I use, I have 76,000 miles on it. Should I use synthetic, blend or conventional engine oil? What type of filter should I use? How should I drain the oil? Please assist me with this, there isn't a Mercedes dealership or any authorized service stations around me.

The oil filter is on the top of the engine near the drivers side close to the radiator. You will need a specail filter wrench to pull this of and the oil filter is usaully not stocked by autozone. MB uses Mobil 1 Synthetic oil 0w30. You could drain the oil from the bottom. It uses about 8.1 qrts
