Mercedes Benz C230 Shakes Problem

2005 Mercedes Benz C230 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles
Hello,I just purchased a 2005 C230 Kompressor Sedan. It shakes when I go in reverse and sometimes sitting at a stop light. The dealer told me that was normal and that I’m hearing the transmission change over and its normal for Mercedes to make certain noises. Also my car is still shaking at a certain speed while driving on the freeway even after I took it back to them and they had the tires balanced . Please help.
