I have just purchased this vehicle for my daughter, the engine had been only running on two cylinders so I changed the coil packs, plugs, air filter, fuel filter, P.C.V. Valve, also had to change battery, upon completion vehicle runs fine, when I took it in for state inspection it failed for trouble code P1070, can anyone please help me with this problem.
