Disconnected battery now won't start after reconnecting

Hi
Was battery replaced? Was NEG removed first and POS attached first? Connection clean and tight?
Nothing special about battery replacement got to be connection

Battery was removed for cleaning now cranks only for a couple of turns each time I try power is good at ignition switch but I'm thinking anti-theft computer might be the problem do you know if I can reset it or do I need to take it to the dealer?
