why does my 560sl choke out , lose all power when it warms up , and then die out ?
installed 2 new fuel pumps, fuel injectors, fuel filter, compression check was good, catalytic converter was clogged and has been removed, fuel pressure is good --- what now ?

Check for vacuum leaks. first check around the throttle body with some carb cleaner to see if the idle changes. You can try this around the intake manifold a well and vacuum lines. Sometimes it requires a smoke machine that injects smoke into the manifold and wil expose a leak.
