1977 Mercedes Benz 450sl Ruined camshaft and rocker arms

The oiling tubes over the camshaft stopped working on the passenger side of my engine and the camshat and rocker arms were ruined.(Scored)

I checked the checked the other camshaft and found that the oil kept oiling so nothing was ruied.

Is it possible that if I changed the oil, camshaft, camshaft assembly, and rocker arms would everything function properly again?

Possible, but you may have damage to the journals in the head, so inspet them carefully.

You should be okay, you will have to replace the cam towers, along with the camshaft. There are no journals in the head to worry about.
