1987 Mercedes Benz 420sel Fouling spark plugs
Engine Mechanical problem
1987 Mercedes Benz 420sel V8 Automatic 165000 miles
The coolant getting into the intake and fouling all 8 spark plugs black smoke and vapor coming out tail pipe.
Oil is clean and no sign of coolant getting into the crank case. Temp are normal,
Work perform replace water pump,remove and drain fuel
tank,replace fuel filter,new spark plugs and wires Dist Cap and rotor, fuel pressure regulator, ignition coil.
Question what could cause this condition ?
