Air Conditioning problem

dear sir,
my car is above specified model, the problem is the a/c of my car is not working in the morning when i take the car . it approximatly 7.30 am in the morning in saudi arabia and the outside temprature is 40 degree and i drive my car to office its about 10km and i parked outside under the sun upto 5 in the evening ,and in the evening i returned to home the a/c is working after i parked the car ,switched off a/c and tried to restart a/c it will not work even the blower will not work seems no power at all.one technician told its the problem of switch, i replaced the switch but still the same, so please advice what will be the further diagnosis to be done..
