I have changed the clutch fan, sensor, thermostat and checked fluids. The car still overheats and I can't figure out what else it could be or why it is still overheating.

What does the radiator look like inside. I would try flushing the radiator. See if it gets any better. If it does than I would change the radiator for sure. I know it sounds stupid but make sure the fan belt is tight.

You might look into getting an oversized radiator or one with more rows. I had a Ford Escourt that was constantly overheating. The radiator was about the size of a box of Cherios! I purchased an aftermarket radiator that was made to cure this Escourt problem and it did mine. I don't know what radiator size your RX has but it is something to consider.
