I have a 1990 Protege 1.8 SOHC and a little problem with it. When I turn on the a/c and pressed the acelerator the car stumbles and sometimes it turns off. Somebody told me it could be the Throttle Position Sensor but I want to be confident about what I got to do.

Better check for an idle-up solenoid this one kicks in when compressor engages to compensate for the load
