My 95 millenia 4d class AD with 149,726 miles get hot quickly with white smoke coming out of tail-pipe, when at a stop the engine dies out, then hard to start. PLEASE! Help me?

Check your engine oil for coolant and your rad for oil floating in it. White smoke out your tail pipe is a sign of water getting into your cylinders.
It sounds like a blown head gasket. By heating up the engine you have probably warped the head as well.
Once the car is overheated the computer will not allow it to start until it has come down in temperature, that is why it is hard to start after it gets hot.
