1994 Other Mazda Models Battery draining when lights or heat

The car runs fine in day time, starts first time runs smooth. But since last night the battery was draining when I tried to use the lights. Day time driving is fine once the battery recharges some what, but I can't go out at tnight. Any thoughts?

Check the charging system if the alternator is producing output and the battery is taking it. If so do a parastic drain
