2001 Mazda MPV

I have a 2001 Mazda MPV that started missing out right after I filled up with gas. I got a check engine light, and the code was 302, misfire in cylinder. Changed plugs and wires, still missing. It is only missing in drive or in acceleration, not in park or neutral. Could this be the fuel system? Maybe a fuel filter or an injector? Thanks for the help.

i would be looking at the injector for that cylinder, change the fuel filter as a precaution, but the filter alone will not cause an individual cylinder to miss fire.
