Van wouldn't turn over would just click under the hood. Pulled the starter & solenoid & took then to a local parts store where they tested them on their machine and told me they were good to go. I put them back in the van and the van started several times,Yeah! But I didi not move it or drive it & the next morning it again would not turn over it would just click under the hood. I bought & replaced the ignition switch & the main relay. Still no go. The starter has two large bolt-on electrical connections & one smaller blade-type slip-on electrical connection.
One of the large connections has Battery current to it. key-off or key-on. The other large & the small connection have no voltage to them key-on or key-off. If I jump between the large connection which has voltage & the small blade connector I get lots of sparks & a click from around the starter but it does not turn over. Is the starter bad as in intermittent??
