We have a problem of when you apply the brakes the engine stalls. It will start right back up but will stall again when you apply the brakes again. We took out the fuse for the brake light and it will run fine without the brake light fuse in. When we put the brake light fuse back in it will run fine for a while and then start the same thing over again until you take the brake light fuse back out again. This happens in any gear Park, Drive, Reverse, or neutral. We can't find a wiring diagram for the brake light system and have asked numerous mechanics and nobody seems to have come across this problem before. I am hoping that you might be able to help us.

Disconnect the vacuum hose to the brake booster and plug it and see what happens.
